Sneak Peeks

Deze keer geen nieuwe maaksels maar sneak peeks voor wat er gaat komen. Morgen ga ik wel weer iets nieuws laten zien.

SWAP

De eerste is een klein kijkje voor wat ik als swap ga geven. Een swap is een klein project wat snel gemaakt is en weinig materiaal verbruikt. Het is vooral bedoelt om de krijger een nieuw idee te geven om te maken. De swap in zijn geheel zal 6 april op mijn blog staan!

Tweede wat ik wilde laten zien is wat ik ga maken met een workshop op 15 maart.

Workshop 15 maart

Als derde en laatste wil ik jullie een klein stukje laten zien van wat ik voor de hostess in petto heb. De laatste twee zal ik volledig laten zien op mijn blog van 16 maart.

Hostess gift

This time no new things but sneak peeks for what's coming. Tomorrow I will show you a new project.

The first is a small peek for what I'm going to give away as a swap. A swap is a very small project that uses very little materials. It's used to give the reciver a new idea for something to make. I will show you the whole swap at Apitl 6th.


The second sneak peek is what we're gone make at a workshop on March 15.

Third and last I want to show you a small peak at what I made for the hostess. The last two I will blog om March 16th.

Drieluik / Triptych

Poging 2 / second try

Het leek mij zo leuk om van deze stempel een drieluik te maken op een kaart. Dat is me dan nu gelukt. Dit is het resultaat van poging 4.

Een dag van te voren al de bloemen gestempeld met stazon op aquarelpapier. Deze ingekleurd met aquarelpotloden en waterpen. Cardstock voor een deel tussen de embossing folder gestopt zodat maar een deel geembost wordt. De bloemen op maat gesneden en daarna in drieën gesneden. Sentiment gestempelt en uit geponst. Alles op de kaart geplakt.

Eindresultaat / end result

I wanted to try a triptych with this stamp so badly. I finaly did it. This is the result of my fourth try.

One day ahead I stamped the flowers in stazon on aquarel paper. Coloured the flowers with aqarel pensels and a waterpen. Embossed the cardstock for a part by puting not the whole cardstock in the embossing folder. Cut the flowers to the right size and cut them in three. Stamped the sentiment and punched that out. Glued everything on the cardstock.

Scrappen

Op de workshop van 25 februari 2014 hebben we een heel leuk boekje gemaakt. Deze heb ik gevuld met foto's van mijn jongste zoon als cadeautje voor mijn biologische vader die dit allemaal mist. Het lijkt me geweldig om dit aan hem te kunnen geven.

De foto's zitten er hier nog niet in. Die komen later nog.

Februari 25th of 2014 we made a very nice scrapbook. I filled it with pictures of my youngest to give it to my birthfather. He's missing it all and it would be great to give him this as a present. 

The pictures aren't in it yet. But they will be added later on.

Verjaardagscadeautje / Birthdaypresent

Voor mijn moeder die op de verjaardag ging, heb ik een leuke cadeauverpakking gemaakt. Ze wist zo snel niks leukers, dus vroeg ze of ik dat wilde maken.

In de Sale-a-brations staan hele leuke cadeau zakjes gratis bij besteding van € 60,-. Ik had ze aangeschaft om te kijken of ik ze leuk vond. En ze zijn dus erg leuk! En aangezien ik 15 maart een workshop heb, heb ik deze maar gemaakt om ook daar te laten zien.

For my mother who went to a birthdayparty, I made this nice giftbag. She didn't know anything better, so she asked me to make a giftbag. 

In the Sale-a-brations are nice giftbags as free gift by spending € 60,-. I did order them to see what I could do with them. The set is really great to use. And because I've got 15th of March a workshop planned, I wanted to show them this too.

Fusion #5 2014

Deze keer ben ik voor de schets gegaan. Ik heb wel de kleuren als inspiratie gebruikt.

Als eerste de cirkel uit geponst. Op wit cardstock de gans met markers gestempeld. De grassen ook gestempeld en de blauwe cirkel getrokken. Het sentiment gestempeld en de gans achter het design papier geplakt. Twine geknoopt en de golf geknipt. Alles op gekleurd cardstock geplakt.

This time I did the sketch. I used the colours as inspiration.

First I punched the circle. On white cardstock I stamped the goose with help from my markers. Than I stamped the grasses. Drew the blue line and glued the goose behind the design paper. Stamped the sentiment and cut the wave. Tied the twine around the design paper. Glued everything on the coloured cardstock.

CAS-ual Fridays 129: Shades of grey

Hier moest ik goed over nadenken. De challenge is shades of grey. Minimaal 2 kleuren grijs. Dat zijn er bij mij drie geworden. Ik heb voor deze challenge maar eens in mijn oude stempels gekeken.

Grijs cardstok genomen. Daar langs de zijkant schelpen gestempeld en langs de buitenste rand uit geknipt. Het koraal gestempeld en de vis op wit papier. De vis uitgeknipt en het sentiment gestempeld. De vis met dimensionals op het koraal geplakt en klaar is mijn kaart.

I had to think this one through. The challenge is shades of grey. Minimal of two shades. It became three shades with me. For this challenge I looked at my old stamps and used one I bought a while ago.

I took some grey cardstok and stamped the shells at the side. Cut them on the outside so I created a border. Stamped the coraal and the fish on some white paper. I cut the fish out an stamped the sentiment. I glued the fish on the card with dimensionals and finished I was.

LiM week 161: Colour

Maar weer eens meegedaan met Less is More. De uitdaging van deze week is yellow and lime. Bleek toch een hele uitdaging en achteraf ben ik er niet helemaal tevreden over. Helaas wil zich geen nieuw idee voordoen en heb ik ook geen tijd meer om iets anders uit te werken.

Groen papier gebruikt als achtergrond en daar de chevrons uit geponst. Daar achter geel papier geplakt en op dat zelfde gele papier het sentiment gestempeld in groen. Met geel op geel papier de bloemetjes gestempeld en geponst. Gaatjes in het midden voor de mini brat en wezen puzzelen hoe ik ze op de kaart op wilde hebben. Ik begon met vijf bloemen, maar ik vond het niet staan en bedacht dat het er ook best drie mochten wezen. Als laatste met gluedots de bloemetjes vast gezet.

I had to join Less is More again. The challenge was yellow and lime. It was more of a chalenge this time and I'm not completely satisfied with the end result. Sadly no other idea came around and I don't have more time to make a new card.

I used green paper as background and punched out some chevrons. I glued yellow paper behind it and stamped the sentiment in green on the same yellow paper. With yellow I stamped some flowers and punched them out. I made wholes in the middle to put brats there and than I ordered them on my card. I started with five flowers but realized that it didn't needed those five. Three would be enough. I glued the flowers with gluedots on the card.
