Doos Jamie

Voor de eerste verjaardag van Jamie had ik bedacht om een lege enveloppendoos te versieren om daar de spulletjes van Jamie voor later, in te bewaren. Eerst op zoek naar foto's. Vervolgens de doos beplakken met mooi wit karton en met tape de randen afplakken en verven. Vervolgens de rest van de spullen die ik wilde gaan gebruiken bij elkaar gezocht.

De foto's laten afdrukken, de locomotief en wagonnetjes uit geponst met de cuttlebug. De foto's bij de juiste wagonnetjes gezochten geplakt. Vervolgens de wagonnetjes op de doos geplakt en op de laatste wat speelgoed gefotografeerde en die laten afdrukken.

Voor de bovenkant een grote locomotief uitgetekent en daar een foto bij gezocht. Rookwolkjes gemaakt van grijs gewolkt karton. Nadat dit alles was opgeplakt, ben ik gras gaan ponsen.... eindeloos veeeeeeel gras! Hooibalen kon ik er van maken!

For Jamies first birthday I wanted a box where he could store all his memories. First I needed to find a lot of pictures. And than plastering the empty box with white paper. Than finishing the edges with masking tape. Paint the tape and search all the rest of the stuff together.

Getting the pictures printed, punch the locomotive and wagons. Get the right colour wagons with the right pictures and sticking them together. Making the right combinations on every side of the box and stick the wagons and locomotive around the box.

I drew the locomotive on top by hand and I cut it out of the paper. Sticking a good picture in the window and than glue it on the top. I had two empty wagons at the end an for one I made a picture of some toys, printed it and cut that out. For the clouds of steam, I took some grey smoked paper and cut out the clouds. Atlast it was the grass that needed to be punched..... A lot of grass. I could make haystacks from it!
