CAS-ual Fridays & Runway Inspired Challenge

Runway insp.

Over beide challenges moest ik echt even goed nadenken. Aangezien het voor mij op dit moment erg moeilijk is om wat voor elkaar te krijgen, is dit een goede therapie.

Ik moest wat met knoopjes. Dat is nog best lastig om iets te doen wat ik nog niet eerder heb gedaan en ook nog in huis heb.

Ik ben begonnen met het stempelen van Tess. Daaroverheen haar schort gestempeld. Dit uitgeknipt maar zo dat het een jurk werd. Op de kaart Tess gestempeld en die ingekleurd. Daar ben ik niet altijd even goed in. Wat zijn gezichten lastig. De onderste helft gemaskerd en de plankenvloer gestempeld. Anders blijft ze zo in het niets hangen. Masker verwijderd en om de jurk wat twine gebonden voor de break. Dit opgeplakt en de knoopjes daar weer op. Sentiment er bij en klaar!

I had to think over both challenges. Because my world has shifted and I can't do anything at the moment. This is good therapy for me.

I had to make something with buttons. It's rather difficult to do something I haven't done already and have it all in stock.

I started to stamp with Tess. Over it, her apron. I cut the apron but extended it to match a long dress. I stamped tess on the card and masked the lower half. Stamped the floor, because otherwise she would be floting. I coloured Tess. It's just of, but faces are not my thing. Tied some twine around the dress end glued it on. Buttons on the edge and my sentiment. Finished!!
